MotelChurch is not just a nonprofit, it’s not just a ministry, it’s a movement. MotelChurch plants churches in weekly motels serving the transitional homeless and working poor. Packed in each tiny motel room, you’ll find individuals and families who desperately need to experience hope. For many reasons, motel guests aren’t making it to local churches and they feel left out, like outcasts among the community. That’s what MotelChurch works so hard to change.
Each MotelChurch location is just like any other church with music, a message, baptisms and even baby dedications. MotelChurch knows that a church is not a building, it’s people coming together. That’s why, even after over a decade, MotelChurch continues to change lives each week. Volunteers bring food and smiles to motel guests and show them the hope that comes with faith in Jesus Christ.
